Traditionally, organizational consultation has worked to identify a problem, and then create solutions.   While this seems adequate in the short term, it misreads the very nature of self-organizing tendencies inherent within systems.   Problems are not mere disturbances to be quickly eliminated; they represent dynamic archetypal realities with their own life, tendencies, and goals.   Thus, any approach that does not recognize this complexity may fall short in one of two ways.   Either it will suppress the emergence of a new generative order, or it will merely reinforce the old regressive order in another guise.

Bridging more than 25 years of experience in Jungian psychology, archetypal dynamics, and the new sciences, our consulting group brings a fresh approach to the field of consultation.   A staff of internationally renowned Jungian analysts, corporate consultants, and therapists, all trained to recognize archetypal patterns, work to identify those subtle, unconscious dynamics that permeate individual and organizational life.   Our insights into workings of the psyche place us in a unique position to understand the nature of corporate dynamics.
